Kids have been seeing Dr Lin for all thier dental needs since they were infants. Over a decade now, and the staff and Dr are always warm, thorough and flexible. He also has children with similar ages and finds ways to connect with them at each visit. Dr. Chai has been handling our orthodontic needs and is always courteous, makes our kids smile or laugh and explained everything clearly for my 10 yr old to handle the care of her braces mostly independently. My kids favorite part is at the end of their visit they get a token to get small take home item.

The staff is super friendly and always patient if I'm running late or have any questions I get an immediate reply, be it over the phone or in person. I'm always in and taken care of with virtually no wait. As an adult, it's great how streamlined it is here, and they send reminders for upcoming appointments.
